About the Opportunity

DISHA is an established social services organization on child development located in Sundargarh District of Odisha is currently seeking a Cluster Coordinator for its Creche Project at Lahunipada Block of Sundargarh Districts.

Cluster Coordinator /Capacity Building Officer

Eligibility criteria  and job requirement:

i) Must be in the age group 30-40 years.

ii) Master’s degree in social work/Social Studies or relevant degree on Nutrition/Health.

iii) Minimum 3-4 years of experience of working on mother & child health and nutrition

iv) Must be willing to serve the community in remote areas and ready to stay at block head quarter with travel to interior areas in the block.

v) Experience of planning and executing child health and nutrition program

vi) must be able to document, write report in English and have knowledge on computorised MIS.

vii)The Cluster Co-ordinator (CC) will be overall in charge of the crèche implementation    across the block and support the Créche Supervisors, workers and entire team.

viii) Experience of coordinating with government, CSOs and active participation in committees and other forums.

viii)Experience of using online MIS Systems and its analytics in programme implementation.

x) Good communication skills, especially in Odia and local dialects of the tribes.

xi) Should have knowledge on Anthropometry and calibration

xii) able to support the capacity building of Créche Caregivers and have regular follow up, Conduct training needs assessment, Organise periodic refresher trainings on a need basis.

Duty Station: Have to stay compulsorily in block headquarters/project office i.e Lahunipada Block of Sundargarh District Odisha.

Salary – Rupees 30,000 to 35,000 per month  including welfare fund.
