Joda, Meramandali, (Kalinganagar - Jajpur District), Gopalpur – Odisha.

This role will be responsible for but not limited to the following:

  • Conducting 6 days camps in a week
  • Working hours from 9 am to 6pm.
  • MO will be the team leader and shall be overall responsible for all aspects (including effective functioning) of the MPHU. The other staff will work under his/her supervision on a day-to-day basis.
  • Medical Officer shall be responsible for submitting the daily/monthly/quarterly/yearly reports and patient related details to TSF on the prescribed format.
  • Updating Beneficiary Diagnosis & Prescription in IT enabled application on daily basis
  •  Medical officer shall ensure that he/she and all other team members adhere to the principles of medical ethics and abide by all medical laws / ethics as applicable.
  • Conducting screening for Non-Communicable Diseases (Hypertension, Diabetes, Suspected Oral and Breast Cancer and any other diseases) & Cataract Screening.
  • Refer beneficiaries to PHC/CHC or DH if required
  • Training staff on Clinical Part
  • Conducting Awareness Sessions on National Health days /on Management request
  • Collecting Beneficiary Feedback/Success Story

Desirable Qualification & Experience:

  • MBBS Degree with Medical Registration
  • 1-2 years of experience of working in a social sector or demonstrated familiarity with corporate sustainability issues/business development
