Freelance Position: Documentation, Content & Partnership Coordinator

Duration: 2-3 Months (Freelance)
Role Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and skilled professional to support our newly registered organization in documentation, content creation, proposal writing, government & NGO partnerships, and operational setup. Based on performance, the role may be extended with an increment in salary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain official records, reports, and documentation
• Develop engaging content, proposals, and fundraising materials
• Build and manage partnerships with government bodies, NGOs, and stakeholders
• Assist in fundraising, grant applications, and outreach activities
• Support in setting up operational processes and organizational frameworks
• Plan and organize small-scale programs and initiatives

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: Graduate or above
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in a relevant field
• Gender: Female candidates only
• Age Limit: Below 35 years
• Requirement: Must own a 2-wheeler
• Reporting to: Managing Director

Work Details:

• Working Days: Minimum 20 days per month
• Working Hours:
• Morning: 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM
• Afternoon: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Monthly Remuneration: 5000 (Negotiable)
