About Organisation:
YCDA is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) established in 1993 and registered under Societies Registration Act and Foreign Contribution Regulation Act (FCRA) in 1993 and 1997 respectively with an objective to bring some sustainable improvement in the socio-economic status of disadvantaged communities. The organization devotes its time, skill, knowledge, and commitment towards the development of oppressed masses in society with a group of experienced and trained social workers. The main thrust of the organization is to implement various community development programs focusing on Livelihood promotion, Skill & Entrepreneurship Development, and Child protection.

Location of project: Livelihood Enhancement Programme through Mushroom Cultivation, Goat Farming, Poultry Farming for Nearby Villages of NTPCTalcher Kaniha, Angul District
Projects Objectives are: The project aims to initiate comprehensive livelihood development models inthe peripheral villages of NTPC, Kaniha. The focus will be on developing sustainable income-generating opportunities through mushroom cultivation and livestock rearing (goat and poultry) and find ways of improving livelihood opportunities. Additionally, the project will establish systems to disseminate knowledge on improved farming practices, veterinary care services, breed improvement etc. The primary objective is to provide an additional incremental income of Rs. 40,000-50,000 per beneficiary through these additional livelihood practices.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee all project activities and be the main contact point for the field staff.
• Ensure project activities comply with the policies and regulations of the donor organization.
• Responsible for overseeing the development and execution of project deliverables, lead project planning, budgeting action plan and maintaining it.
• Responsible for submitting activity reports meeting minuets and financial reports on regular to demand
• Oversee the preparation and submission of annual activity based on project budgets as well as monthly quarterly financial reports.
• Lead and motivate the project team and monitor project activities and project expenditure.
• Giving technical support to team members and trouble shoot the project problems
• Employ resourcefulness in project design, implementation and monitoring project problems.
• Analysis of team performance and managing team proactivity for continuous movement.
• Make effective decisions in running a project solely and help the team in enhancing team performance.
• Providing direction and is responsible for large scale development of the program at all stages.
• Oversee day to day operation including execution of project coordinating and reporting.
• Regular update and communication with donor organization/representative.
• Monitoring of project implementation and tracking the outputs of program and regular mentoring and handholding support to project team

Qualification:
YCDA is looking for a highly motivated, strategic, go-getter, and quality-conscious professional who have a Post Graduate (MSW, MA Sociology, MBA, other relevant stream) with 3 to 4 years proven experience of social work and 2-3 years’ experience as a Program Manager/Program Lead/Project Lead. Should have excellent understanding and knowledge of MS office as well as excellent communication skills
Remuneration: 40,000/- Per Month along with other benefits.
