We are looking for storytellers who want to shape how educational leadership is understood in India.

As Communications Manager, you will lead content strategy, storytelling, and brand communication across platforms, while also creating and executing high-quality outputs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead brand communication, messaging, and narrative development
• Plan and execute content strategy across platforms
• Create content for social media, newsletters, reports, and donor communication
• Capture and develop field stories through interviews, photos, and videos
• Design communication materials such as presentations, brochures, and campaign assets
• Edit and package photo and video content
• Support fundraising communication and donor engagement

Skills & Capacities We Look For

Core Skills

• Strong writing across formats such as email, social media, and reports
• Visual design and brand thinking
• Storytelling and communication planning

Additional Strengths

• Photography, videography, and video editing (Canva minimum)
• Experience in the education or development sector is a plus

• Curious, reflective, and open to feedback
• Collaborative and comfortable working in evolving contexts
• Willing to experiment and learn

Experience Required

• 5+ years in communications or related roles

Location & Compensation

📍 New Delhi, with travel to program locations
💰 ₹6 to 7.2 LPA
