About the Organization

The National Cooperative Development Corporation (NCDC) is a statutory Corporation set up under an Act of Indian Parliament on 14 March 1963. The objectives of NCDC are planning and promoting programmes for production, processing, marketing, storage, export and import of agricultural produce, foodstuffs, industrial goods, livestock and certain other notified commodities and services on cooperative principles and for matters concerned therewith or incidental thereto.

Job Description

National Cooperative Development Corporation invites applications from eligible person(s) for the post of Young Professional (Fisheries) on contract basis as under
Location 1-Bengaluru, Karnataka; 1-Vijaywada, Andhra Pradesh; 1-Bhubaneswar, Odisha; 1-Kolkata, West Bengal

Education Qualification/Required Skills & Experience

• Master’s degree in Fisheries Science or Aquaculture with specialization in Fisheries or Marine Biology.

Experience

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in the field of formulation or implementation of schemes or projects in Aquaculture or Mariculture activities or Fisheries post-harvest processing and value addition or Aquaculture
