Position: Program Coordinator -Mukhya Mantri Makka Mission (MMM) project
Location: Balipda (Narla Block, Kalahandi)
Remuneration: 3.5 lakh-5 lakh per annum
Education Qualification: Graduate/ MSW
Work Experience: Minimum 2 years experience on working in a govt. project
Job Role:

• - To perform all the duties and responsibilities of the Block Coordinator as per the operational guidelines of the MMM project.
• - Coordinate and implement the project at the block level, aligning with the objectives of the Mukhyamantri Makka Mission project.
• - Oversee the execution of project activities in the block, ensuring that they are carried out effectively and efficiently.
• - Liaising and networking with different stakeholders including government departments.
• - Monitor the progress of project activities and ensure they adhere to the planned timelines and quality standards.
• - Manage the utilization of budget and ensure effective utilization and according to the project guidelines.
• - Organize and conduct training sessions of CRPs, FPOs, and other stakeholders to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to execute the project activities.
• - Engage with local communities and promote active participation. Address any concerns or issues raised by the community and work towards finding solutions.
• - Maintain detailed records, MIS of project activities, financial transactions and other relevant documentation.
• - Represent the organization at block/district level.
• - Report writing and documentation
• - Any other tasks as assigned by the organization.
