Job Description

KONE India is hiring a Manager – CSR for its operations in Chennai / New Delhi / Mumbai. KONE is a global leader in elevators, escalators, and urban mobility solutions, and is now strengthening its commitment towards sustainable and impactful CSR initiatives in India. This is a senior leadership CSR role, where you will drive end-to-end CSR strategy, execution, compliance, and impact measurement across key thematic areas such as Health, Education, Environment, and Skill Development. You will work closely with NGOs, government bodies, and internal leadership teams, ensuring that CSR programs are scalable, compliant, and aligned with business values and community needs. This role is ideal for professionals with strong experience in CSR leadership, program management, compliance, and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Lead end-to-end CSR strategy, planning, and execution aligned with organizational priorities and statutory requirements
• Design and implement high-impact CSR programs across multiple geographies
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard NGO partners and implementing agencies
• Oversee on-ground execution ensuring quality, timelines, and impact delivery
• Develop and implement monitoring, evaluation, and impact assessment frameworks
• Manage CSR budgets ensuring optimal utilization and compliance
• Ensure full compliance with CSR regulations including reporting, documentation, and audits
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and leadership for alignment and program visibility
• Lead employee volunteering and engagement initiatives
• Develop impact reports, case studies, and communication materials for stakeholders

Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in CSR or development sector
• Proven experience in leading CSR strategy and program execution independently
• Strong understanding of CSR compliance, governance, and reporting frameworks
• Experience working with NGOs, government bodies, and cross-functional teams
• Strong experience in stakeholder management and partnership building
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with field-level execution
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
• Strong passion for driving measurable social impact
