Goonj is offering the Setu Fellowship (2026–27) — a 12-month immersive fellowship designed for young leaders to engage in grassroots development and social transformation. The fellowship provides exposure across sectors like rural development, menstrual health, education, environment, disaster response, and community development, with strong field immersion and experiential learning across India. Fellows will work on self-led projects, engage deeply with communities, and build leadership through real-world impact.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Work on grassroots development initiatives across multiple sectors
• Participate in field immersion across rural and urban communities
• Lead and implement self-driven projects aligned with social impact goals
• Engage with community members, grassroots leaders, and stakeholders
• Participate in skill labs, workshops, and experiential learning sessions
• Drive civic participation and contribute to development and climate action

Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• Graduate with age between 20–30 years (as of July 31, 2026)
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and digital tools
• Understanding of English/Hindi language
• Strong interest in social impact, grassroots work, and community engagement
• Curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to travel extensively
