We are an NGO dedicated to supporting children with special needs through comprehensive diagnostic services, therapy programs, and pioneering biomedical research. Our work spans multiple disciplines including social work, legal and ethical compliance, fundraising, project development, and community outreach to ensure holistic care and empowerment for children and their families.
Position Overview
The Project Coordinator will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and implementing projects. This position requires a versatile professional capable of managing multiple aspects such as fundraising, grant writing, outreach activities, legal and ethical compliance, and project development. The role demands strong project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee project activities ensuring alignment with organizational goals and donor requirements.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project documentation including budgets, timelines, risk management, and stakeholder engagement plans.
- Provide support on project design, implementation strategies, and evaluation methodologies.
- Develop, write, and submit grant proposals and funding applications to secure project financing.
- Build and maintain partnerships with academic, clinical, and community-based organizations; support fundraising initiatives through outreach programs and donor engagement activities.
- Plan and execute events, awareness campaigns, seminars, and conferences.
- Liaise with legal advisors to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards in all project activities.
- Facilitate communication and coordination among internal teams, external partners, government bodies, and donors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Public Health, Project Management, or related fields.
- Proven experience in project coordination, preferably within NGOs
- Demonstrated expertise in fundraising, grant writing, and donor relations.
- Knowledge of legal and ethical issues relevant to NGOs
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in report writing and project management tools.
- Fluency in English; additional local language skills are an advantage.
