Work Timing: 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM (Monday is weekly holiday)

Position Summary : We are looking for a dynamic and field-oriented Cluster Coordinator to oversee multiple Community Learning Centres and ensure effective implementation of programme activities at the ground level.

Key Responsibilities

a.       Programme Coordination:
- Supervise and support Community Learning Centres within assigned cluster
- Ensure smooth implementation of education, life skills, and engagement activities
- Monitor attendance, retention, and child progress

b.       Team Support & Supervision:
- Guide and mentor educators and field staff
- Conduct regular review meetings and field visits
- Support capacity building and performance monitoring

c.        Community & School Linkage:
- Strengthen coordination with schools, parents, and community stakeholders
- Facilitate enrolment and retention of children in schools
- Support parent meetings and community engagement activities

d.       Reporting & Documentation:
- Maintain cluster-level data, reports, and documentation
- Ensure timely reporting and data accuracy
- Support case studies and success story documentation

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Social Work, Education, or related field
  • 2-3 years of field experience in education/community work
  • Strong communication skills in Odia and basic English
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, reporting tools)
  • Ability to manage field teams and travel across locations

Remuneration : ₹15,000–18,000 per month (based on experience) EPF and other benefits as per organisational norms
