Reporting to: Programme Manager / Chairman
Work Timing: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM (Monday is weekly holiday)

Position Summary
We are looking for a sincere, detail-oriented, and responsible Admin cum Accounts Officer to manage day-to-day administrative and financial operations of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts & Financial Management:
- Maintain daily accounts, vouchers, and financial records
- Handle bookkeeping using Tally/ERP systems
- Prepare financial statements and expense reports
- Support audit processes
Administrative Support:
- Manage office administration and documentation
- Maintain staff records and attendance
- Maintain asset inventory and management
- Manage Staff recruitment and HR management
- Handle procurement and vendor coordination
Compliance & Documentation:
- Maintain proper filing of bills and receipts
- Support statutory compliance and reporting
- Assist in donor documentation
Required Qualifications & Skills
- B.Com (mandatory)
- Tally/ERP certification
- Experience in accounts/admin preferred
- Basic MS Office knowledge
- Strong attention to detail
