Overview- We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Senior Project Associate to support our education and development initiatives in Odisha.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough research to identify and map potential partners including government agencies, NGOs, CSR foundations, academic institutions, and schools aligned with education initiatives.
• Take a leadership role in establishing and nurturing partnerships with key institutions to effectively implement the programs at the grassroots level and strengthen the foundation of initiatives.
• Develop and coordinate implementation strategies with institutional leadership to ensure timely adoption of platforms tailored to their specific needs and requirements.
• Maintain clear and effective communication with client organizations to facilitate program implementation, onboard new learners, and ensure comprehensive program execution and engagement.
• Develop informative resources including workshop content, reports, and other materials to enhance program effectiveness and execution.
• Design and organize capacity building sessions and workshops for various stakeholders including students, young adults, principals, teachers, and professors.
• Manage and lead various educational activities including sessions, meetings, events, workshops, master classes, and project-based learning camps for school students and young adults.
• Implement systematic monitoring and tracking of project details, data, and stakeholder records to improve coordination and implementation processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in any disciple but preferred in Social Sciences, or related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in education, skill development, or related fields.
• Strong partnership building and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Must have basic knowledge of Ms excel, Power point.
• Project management and coordination experience.
• Proficiency in data management and reporting
