Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹50,000 per month

About ReMeDi Clinics

ReMeDi Clinics are technology-enabled primaary healthcare centres designed to address gaps in rural and semi-urban healthcare access. By combining telemedicine consultations, basic diagnostics, and on-ground healthcare support, the clinics enable patients to access qualified doctors without the need to travel long distances.

In areas where doctor availability is limited, ReMeDi Clinics act as a reliable first point of care, supported by trained staff, digital health tools, and a network of remote doctors. The model focuses not only on access, but also on continuity of care, early diagnosis, and affordable treatment, making it a practical solution for strengthening rural healthcare delivery.

Role Purpose

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for driving end-to-end operations, utilization, and growth of ReMeDi Clinics in Kendrapara district. This is a target-oriented, field-intensive role that requires a strong focus on promote community health, increasing patient footfall, and building local partnerships.

The role combines program implementation with business development, requiring proactive engagement with communities, healthcare providers, and local stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Clinic Setup and Operational Readiness

• Support onboarding and operationalization of ReMeDi Clinics in assigned locations.

• Ensure readiness of:

  • Telemedicine platform and devices

  • Internet connectivity and power backup

  • Clinic infrastructure and branding

• Maintain records of clinic assets and setup documentation.

Driving Footfall and Revenue (Core Responsibility)

• Take ownership of clinic performance targets and community engagement and outreach, especially:

  • Daily and monthly patient footfall

  • Revenue from consultations, diagnostics, pharmacy, and allied services

• Develop and execute local demand-generation strategies, including:

  • Mapping villages, catchment areas, and patient segments

  • Identifying high-need groups (chronic patients, maternal health, elderly, etc.)

  • Activating referral networks through ASHAs, ANMs, and local influencers

• Drive walk-ins and repeat visits

• Plan and execute targeted outreach activities

• Monitor and report daily/weekly/monthly performance against targets

• Build strong relationships with:

  • ASHA workers, ANMs, and local health influencers

  • Community leaders and grassroots organizations

• Plan and execute health camps; screening programs (NCDs, maternal health, etc.); awareness drives to promote clinic services

• Ensure sustained community engagement to drive repeat visits.

Partnership Development

• Identify and develop local partnerships with:

  • NGOs and community-based organizations

  • Local healthcare providers and pharmacies

  • Institutions (schools, SHGs, panchayats, etc.)

• Leverage partnerships to increase reach, referrals, and service uptake.

Clinic Operations Monitoring

• Oversee day-to-day functioning of clinics.

• Ensure availability and proper usage of all resources

• Troubleshoot operational issues in coordination with internal teams.

Teleconsultation Coordination

• Ensure smooth scheduling and execution of teleconsultations.

• Coordinate with doctors for availability and consultation flow.

• Support clinic staff in managing and reporting patient queues and maintaining records.

Data Tracking and Reporting

• Monitor and report on key metrics

• Ensure accurate daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.

• Analyze data to identify gaps and improve performance.

• Conduct refresher sessions and ensure adherence to SOPs.

Quality and Compliance

• Ensure adherence to operational protocols and relevant guidelines.

• Monitor patient experience and service quality.

• Support audits, reviews, and documentation requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

• MSW or Bachelor’s Degree (minimum) in a relevant field.

• 4–5 years of field experience in any among:

  • Development sector / NGOs

  • Pharma sales

  • Rural healthcare programs

• Experience of working in Kendrapara district will be an added advantage.

• Exposure to / experience with telemedicine or digital health programs will be an added advantage.

Skills & Requirements

• Strong target orientation and execution ability

• Experience in sales, field mobilization, or business development preferred

• Excellent community engagement and relationship-building skills

• Ability to work independently in field settings

• Good data reporting and basic computer skills

• Willingness to travel extensively within the district

• Own two-wheeler preferred for field mobility

Language Requirement

• Proficiency in Odia and English is mandatory
