Roles and Responsibilities:  

• • Conduct surveys and analyse soil and water resources, status of water and sanitation in Schools and Anganwadi’s.
• • Engage with community, Gram Panchayat and other stakeholders for INRM & WASH development plan and its implementation.  
• •  Assist communities, to implement INRM plan, to demonstrate and implement improved agriculture practices and implement WASH interventions; train and handhold communities in understanding and implementing plans in association with Gram Panchayat and appropriate committees working on INRM, agriculture and Water & Sanitation.
• • Oversee the overall project execution and monitoring all relevant data of the project.  
• • Work closely with functionaries from district administration, CSOs, Panchayati Raj Institutions and women collectives.
• • Organize, design, and run capacity building programs. Build capacity of field staffs/cadres on relevant theme and hand hold them while implementing in panchayats.
• • Documentation of successful cases, assessing and interpretation of plan and progress data from Govt portals like MGNRGES etc.  
• • Prepare case studies and narrative reports of implementations around different themes. Prepare analysis reports and submit the report to the team on time. Deliver the project outcomes as per the committed timeline with quality indicators
• • Any other tasks as required by PRADAN on related matters.  

Eligibility criteria Qualifications and Experience:

• Graduate or equivalent in science, social science including civil engineering, agriculture engineering or related field. Skills and Competencies

Required Skills and Competencies:  

• • Good facilitation skills  
• • Good knowledge of Email, Excel, Word & PowerPoint.  
• • Coordination and networking skills Willingness to travel in remote areas
• • Able to speak, read and write in Odia

Proposed Salary range: CTC INR 20,000-22,000/month Nature of job Contractual, contract for 1 year and extendable based on performances
