Key Accountabilities
Project Coordinator`s (2 Positions)

1. Accountable for quality implementation of women led agriculture and allied activities project.
2. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual implementation plan of the project.
3. Develop thematic and operational capacities of team member.
4. Undertake quality review and ensure reporting on regular basis.

Marketing Manager`s (2 Positions)

1. Market study and linkage with companies/firms and better pricing of farmers products.
2. Backward forward linkage with institutions/companies and firms.
3. Branding and marketing of the products.

Tribal Livelihood Manager (1 Position)

1. Provide technical support and add value in all aspects of agriculture and other allied practices.
2. Building strategies to promote scientific knowledge integration in agriculture and allied sectors .
3. Learning and knowledge management
4. promote good and proven practices in livelihood strategy of women farmers.

MIS and data manager (1 Position)

1. Over data management of the project.
2. Undertake critical data analysis practices and provide feedback to team.
3. Learning and knowledge management.
4. Contribute in writing narrative and quality reports as and when required.

Accountant cum Compliance manager (1 Position)

1. Accountable for financial management
2. Track financial progress
3. Comply and respond internal, external and legal system compliances.
4. Ensure quality procurement of supplies

Community Facilitators ( 9 Positions)

1. Work directly with farmers, promote scientific and other approaches in women farmer.
2. Timely support farmers in different levels of work.
3. Promote formation FPO and strengthen the existing FPOs
4. Establish linkage with government schemes
5. Provide monthly report and plan
6. Submit data on regular basis.
7. Share good practices and success stories

Eligibility: Except for the Community Facilitator position, all other roles require a Master’s degree or MBA, along with 3 to 5 years of experience in the development sector. Experience in the livelihood sector is preferred but not mandatory.
